Hi everybody. I'm pretty new to this podcasting stuff. I have adobe audition 1.5, and I have the Alesis 8-Channel USB Mixer. Both work great together. But I want to sound a little more professional by having intro music to my podcast, and I want to have closing music.
Can anybody give me some advice?

paid training
I found a place that gives you training, but it costs money. Here is the link, check them out. http://apex.vtc.com/audition.php. It's $30.00 a month. That's not too bad.

Check Audition help files
Hey check out adobe auditions help files. They have a pretty good faq on using the multi-track portion of thier software. That's how I learned.

Use Audition 3.0
Audition is really good for multi-track recording. I agree with GLR, look at the audition help files. 3.0 has a lot of really great information.
You can put your podcast on one track, and then you drag an mp3 file onto another track, move it to where you want, and your done. Very easy.
